The Scared So What Research For Change Community Interest Company
The SSW Social RFC C.I.C. was established in 2023 in order to provide the services offered by the parent company of SSW Ltd to charities and those in need without having to incur costs whilst furthering pracademic research into the continued efficacy of the model and technology to support personal change management. These services include the SSW App, Books, Certification Programs, Learning Academy and Change and Leadership consulting and training offerings through funds either donated or secured through grant sourcing. Funding donated through the C.I.C. can be used to support any community, charity, or organization that supports those in need such as in our C.I.C. application:
The primary target audience that we will strive to serve are those who serve greater humanity to include but not limited to: Health Care practitioners such as doctors, nurses, medical staff, fire, police, ambulatory. Public education providers such as apprentices, teachers, educators, coaches, students and faculty. LGBTQ adults and youth and those members in need. Women and single mothers or fathers in need. Senior citizens and minorities in need. Military and those transitioning from active duty to civilian duty. Public transportation and services providers, prisoners and prison reform and or transitioning into civilian sector. Homeless programs and persons who support them. Coaches and leaders in private practice or self employment specializing in these areas identified above.
We function as an active research centre in the aims of continual improvements in the advancement of the SCARED SO WHAT model, methodology, and technology with the goals of continued publication via social media, print, news, business and academic routes to share the messaging globally.
In 2024, SSW C.I.C. officially adopted the Stonewall Housing Charity of the UK that offers support to LGBTQ+ members experiencing homelessness or living in an unsafe environment. At year end, any remaining funding not allocated towards services or support of the above in excess of reserves will be donated directly to Stonewall Housing.
